To achieve the best possible outcomes for your procedure we hold these polices
PERMANENT MAKEUP IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY CLIENTS WHO ARE OR HAVE
- Pregnant or nursing
- Uncontrolled diabetes
- Viral infections and/or diseases
- Epilepsy
- Had an organ transplant
- Tendency towards keloids or scarring
- Seborrheic dermatitis
- Skin irritations or psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)
- Sick (cold, flu, etc.)
- Had Botox in the past 2 months
- Used Accutane in the past year
- Allergic to aesthetic (Lidocaine)
- Undergoing active chemotherapy
- Dark pre-existing eyebrow tattoo (please, send us an email with a picture of eyebrows without makeup on).
- Clients with diagnosed conditions that have been waived are required to bring a doctor's note stating their approval.
THINGS TO AVOID BEFORE A POWDER BROWS PROCEDURE
- We do not recommend physical activities where you might sweat a lot, it will negatively effect the pigment implantation. Note only very light exercise after brows for 7 days
- Do not drink alcohol or caffeine 24 hours before the procedure.
- Avoid sun and tanning one week prior to the procedure.
- Do not pick/ tweeze/ wax/ perform electrolysis one week before the procedure (the more natural hair growth you have, the better!)
- Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, or Advil/ Ibuprofen 48 hours before the procedure, to avoid excessive bleeding and color deposit. Tylenol is Ok.
- Avoid Fish Oil, Prenatal Vitamins, Nutritional Shakes (Shakeology, etc.), “Hair, Skin, Nail” supplements 48 hours prior to procedure. They are natural blood thinners.
- Discontinue Retin - A at least 4 weeks prior to your appointment and avoid on the eyebrow area after the procedure.
- Refrain from the use of any Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) products close to eyebrow area 2 weeks prior and avoid on the eyebrow area after the procedure.
- Botox & Fillers
- Botox and filler on the forehead, temple, and eye area should be avoided 1 month prior to procedure for those who do not regularly receive injectables
- Chemical Laser Peels
Avoid Chemical, Laser Peels, Microdermabrasion, or facials for 4 weeks prior procedure. - Please Note: you will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle
DEPOSIT POLICY
- Deposit of $100 required for all bookings – Please note: only $40 is refundable if no show /no referring to another date. The deposit will be deducted from the full price with attendance
- Please Note: if unforeseeable reason to not attend only with communication – another appt will be made and the deposit will be transferred to that appointment.
NOTICE POLICY
- 3 days notice is required (72 hours) if you can not make your appt, this is to enable another person to fill this spot ! - With communication only your deposit will be transferred to new appointment date, Note 1 reschedule only - Please note no show or no communication Deposit/Booking fee is forfeited.
15 MINUTE GRACE WINDOW
- 15 minute grace window given, if you are running late as this can happen from time to time. Always with communication to advise in the first instance. More than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling of appt, due to other bookings that day. Please note Artist discretion after communication if deposit is transferred and new booking set. If no communication or communication well and truly after the fact any monies paid is forfeited.

Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
HEALING RESULTS
Healed results will vary from client to client based on their skin type & condition. Bone structure health, immune system , metabolism, sun exposure.
TOP UP RECOMMENDATIONS
- This is a low maintenance procedure and not a NO maintenance procedure. Having to use other brow products due to low pigment retention, blurring or in between TOP UP required. Pomade /Brow pencil may need to be used. At your discretion.
- Top Ups are recommended 6-8 weeks after your first appt - for best retention of pigment.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
- Artist has the right to refuse any booked client if there is a any concern of behaviour or influences
HONESTY
- Clients must agree to be honest with any heath concerns, as health and well being is paramount for all parties involved
TAKE HOME AFTERCARE
- Artist agrees to provide take home aftercare and educate client on aftercare process – Client must agree to follow the aftercare process to achieve the best outcome.
